Thank you for shopping with Fraganza Bath and Soap Co. Due to the nature of our handcrafted bath and body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Why We Have This Policy

Our products are handcrafted and made with care. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on bath bombs, soaps, scrubs, shower steamers, or any other personal care items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at with a photo of the damaged item. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
